Privacy Policy (Gacha Luck Tracker)

"Gacha Luck Tracker" (the "App") is an iOS app provided by an individual developer (the "Developer") that lets you pre-calculate the expected value of probability-based games such as gacha, horse racing, and pachinko, and record your own investment amounts and results to see how the actual outcome compares with the theoretical expectation. This policy explains how the App handles information.

1. Information the App Collects

The App does not collect any personal information, usage data, or identifiers. There is no account registration feature.

2. Handling of Your Recorded Data

The folder names, dates, probabilities or odds, investment amounts, trial counts, hit counts, and notes you record in the App are all information you enter yourself.
This data is stored in an on-device database (SwiftData) and in your own private iCloud database (Apple's CloudKit), and is automatically synced across your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
The Developer does not operate any server of their own and does not collect, view, or store this recorded data. iCloud sync is governed by Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/

3. Transmission to External Services

Other than the sync with Apple's CloudKit described in Section 2, the App does not transmit your recorded data to any external server or third party. The App does not include any advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

4. Device Features and Permissions

The App does not request access to the camera, photo library, location, contacts, or any other device permission not required for its recording features.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Developer does not disclose information collected through the App to any third party. The iCloud sync described in Section 2 is tied to your own Apple ID and does not pass through the Developer.
